Rick Springfield Cleveland concert was amazing!
Anna Avery told the audience that he had just celebrated his 66th birthday! If you didn't know that, you would think he was closer to 26. He played all of the favorites and sounded as great as ever. He really connected with the audience, at one point literally walking on the floor seats through the first dozen or so rows, shaking hands with people as he went from row to row. He has incredible energy and talent and is still just as hot as he was back in the days of Noah Drake and Jessie's Girl. Very entertaining and interesting. He played against a backdrop screen that showed all kinds of video clips of him over the years - sort of like a Rick movie playing in the background. You could tell he was having a great time, too.
